Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpenBook mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by OpenArcX ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service.


2. The Service

OpenBook is a fitness and workout logging application that allows you to record workouts, sets, reps, weights, routines, notes, and related data.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided for general fitness, wellness, educational, and informational purposes only.

It does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The Service is not intended for use in emergency or life-threatening situations.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any exercise program.
